Some of our favorite clients initially came to us to add insulation to and redo the siding on their existing addition.  After some evaluation, we all saw the wisdom in tearing it down and rebuilding from the ground up.  They now have a much more high performing and functional primary bedroom on the second floor, as well as a full guest bathroom and laundry room on the first floor.
