What started as a kitchen remodel eventually became a full gut rehab and addition of a dormer along the back of the second floor. We added a ton of functionality and space to this south city bungalow. We turned a tight, twisty staircase into a beautiful feature as soon as you enter the house. The kids even got a secret hiding space under the front roof line.
