Having roughed in a bathroom years ago, these clients came to us to bring their vision of a guest suite to life.  We had to get creative to accentuate the collar ties that are part of the roof system and to squeeze a functional shower into a small space.  They also got new insulation and a mini-split system to make the space much more comfortable and to help the efficiency of their entire home.
